If you're looking for the ideal place for a family holiday then Poisson Nomade is definitely for you. Set in a quaint fisherman's house surrounded by the cobbled alleys of the old Port-en-Bessin, the house is only 50 metres from the sea. The rustic façade of exposed stones is typical of the region and will be found throughout the village. The house is warm and authentic, an ode to simplicity but complete with soul and a family atmosphere. The interior contains raw, timeless materials, such as wood, stone, sand and limestone, tree trunks, antique and weathered furniture, and original and poetic works by local Norman creators. The layout is unadorned and well thought out. 

The house consists of 3 floors. On the ground level, you will find a lounge area with comfy sofas and armchairs, a fireplace and books, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, you will find the first of two large bedrooms. This one contains a Queen sized bed, small office, shower room, and boasts views of the cliffs and roofs of the neighbouring fishermen's houses. The attic level is home to the other bedroom, containing two single beds, toilets, and roof windows with a sea view. The upper room is ideal for children but please be aware that to get to the top floor it is necessary to pass through the first bedroom and climb a fairly steep Miller's ladder, which may not be suitable for very small children but would be exciting for slightly older ones. There is also a common courtyard with a garden table and chairs, perfect for picnics or barbecues on sunny days.
