In a combination of elegant eco-friendly aesthetics and the Cycladic architecture designed by the popular architect George Zafiriou, the Coco-Mat Eco Residences welcome their guests on the lovely Greek island Serifos. Directly located next to the beach you are able to inhale the fresh Myrthoan sea air and enjoy an incomparable view of the clear sand while listening to the rushing waves. 

The special interior design is the result of a whole COCO-MAT design team and it combines the earth-toned decoration with a homely feeling and amazing sea views. In a sustainable and eco-friendly way, every room is equipped with natural materials such as coconut fibres, silk, goose down and natural rubber. Through the COCO-MAT sleeping systems (4-layer mattresses) guests can even choose the type and material of their mattress and pillows, as well as their slippers’ size and whether they need a feather top duvet or not.

The COCO-Mat Eco Residencies offer you three different accommodation types with up to 75m². The one bedroom-residence is the best option for one couple while the two-bedroom or two-bedroom family residence is more suitable for families or a group of friends/couples. Each residence also provides free Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV with cable reception, natural air conditioning, a shower, a hairdryer, a magnificent beach view and its own terrace with wooden sun-beds.  For the two-bedroom residencies, there is also the opportunity to request a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the in-house restaurant and lounge bar offer a wide selection of light snacks, proper Mediterranean meals, handmade pies, creative cocktails, tea varieties, freshly squeezed juices and herbs all day and night. In the morning you can also enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet while overlooking the beach or lying in bed – the choice is yours. 

The accommodation offers you a car or motorcycle rental to explore the surroundings by yourself. You can also take part in one of the daily sea excursions or water sports activities like diving, fishing and canoeing. To reach the accommodation you can either rent a vehicle or use the free transport service from the port to Vagia beach.
