All beautifully decorated rooms offer comfortable double beds with excellent bed linen, modern bathroom, which Portuguese tiles and outstanding views over the Douro valley. The Quinta has a common kitchen where all guests can join the cooking classes to learn about the Portuguese cooking secrets. A living area invites to relax or learn about the secrets of port wine. And an open eating area invites to enjoy the breakfast which is daily served with local products.

A stay of a lifetime

The drive to the Quinta was an experience in itself. The winding road was tiny but the views were spectacular. Our room was plenty big and very clean. The tour of the vineyard was a treat. Our guide was great and so were our tastings. We had a great view of the valley. The area is breathtaking. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. And the food was….WOW! Oops.,, I almost forgot the infinity pool. The water was cold but we went in anyway. Our one regret was we didn’t book two nights!
