Casa Calma is located in the eastern Algarve in the picturesque village of Santa Rita, just a about 3 km from one of Portugal's most prestigious beaches and the beautiful village of Cacela Velha. It is an area still untouched by the hustle and bustle of traditional tourist hubs.

In this charming retreat, the proprietors take sustainability very seriously, with a commitment that encompasses everything from composting to rainwater harvesting for plant irrigation. Every detail has been meticulously considered to minimize the impact on our cherished planet, which is in great need of such care. The house stands out for its uncluttered decor, with Tadelakt floors, a minimalist approach with white as the predominant colour, and traditional local touches such as reed-covered ceilings. The furniture, including wardrobes and beds, seamlessly blends into the house, being integrated into the walls.

Upon entering this cosy villa, you will feel right at home. Relax in the living room, which features a well-equipped open kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. The 150 sqm villa offers three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with single beds), making it an authentic retreat for up to 6 people (potentially up to 7 if there is a small child).

The private pool in the courtyard offers you the chance to take a refreshing dip at any time. In the same courtyard, enjoy al fresco dining with a spacious dining table and a social area, along with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for 6 people, but it's important to note that pool towels are not provided. You'll also find natural and environmentally friendly personal hygiene products. The house is equipped with sun loungers, air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access. You can easily park in front of the house, and if you wish, you can bring your pet with prior notice.
