Asalem is situated directly on the spectacular Bay of Abraäo. The proximity to the ocean offers rare, intimate glimpses of sea creatures such as starfish, crustaceans and turtles, as well as abundant schools of fish. The forest brings frequent visitors, including monkeys, squirrels, fireflies, blue butterflies and a wide variety of exotic tropical birds. 

The hotel has 8 rooms all with a green approach and breathtaking view, overlooking the ocean and only 2 minute walk from Crena Beach. It boasts with solar water heater system, safe, minibar, air conditioning, fan and floor-to-ceiling doors in all rooms. Asalem is deliberately rustic. The owners favor the magic of candlelight, but there are nights so clear that the Milky Way itself will light your evening walks and bring a very romantic atmosphere to your dinners at our restaurant.
