Critabianca

The Critabianca is an historic country house from the Angevin period. It later belonged to the rich bourgeois families of the 18th century who used it as a summer residence and finally ended up as a farmhouse at the end of the 19th century devoted to the production of tobacco. It is located in the ancient and picturesque countryside surrounding Galatina in the heart of the beautiful Salento, not too far from Gallipoli, Lecce and Otranto.
The Critabianca has six rooms decorated with the authenticity and simple elegance characteristic of country houses: fine linens, antique furniture, intimate spaces, Lecce stone and aromatic flowers. The stay includes a rich breakfast with homemade and local products served on the terrace or in the orange grove, a large outdoor swimming pool with wrought iron sun loungers with beach towels, a 2 hectare park of olive and fruit trees at guests' disposal.
Enjoy a light lunch or a candlelight dinner in the long summer evenings made with fresh local produce according to family recipes and Salento tradition.
There is also free Wi-Fi access in the common areas and the rooms and free indoor parking.
It is an ideal getaway, a place to relax, enjoy nature and discover the history of the Salento. An unparalleled experience.
