You arrive on the island of Tinos with the feeling that you’ve taken the wrong turn on the map — and somehow ended up exactly where you wanted to be. This is not Santorini or Mykonos. It’s something else entirely. An island where marble is still carved by hand, where doves nest in centuries-old towers, and where the trails are scented with sage.

In Falatados, in the heart of this small island, lies Onos Living, just 12 km from the capital of Tinos. A village with an agricultural soul, where winepresses still turn and raki distilleries mark the rhythm of the year — among cobbled streets and volcanic stones that hold stories. Its devoted owners have transformed an old stable — more soul than ornament — into a zen-like retreat that seeks not to impress, but to welcome. The project was born out of respect, with the intention not to add, but to remember: how things used to be built — with hands, with mud, wood, local stone and the wisdom of the climate.

At Onos, the suites do not boast luxury — they whisper simplicity. Whitewashed walls, cool stone floors beneath bare feet, built-in beds, terraces open to the sky, and a calm that embraces you without asking. Sleeping here is a sensory experience. You wake to filtered light pouring through the window and the scent of thyme in the air. In the outdoor kitchens, with wood-fired ovens and turquoise cabinets, the living rooms blend into the terraces, and the terraces into the island. Even the open-air shower feels like part of the landscape. 

Onos offers two suites, each accommodating up to four guests and arranged in two sleeping areas:
Logaki, 49 m², features two double beds — ideal for sharing without sacrificing privacy.
Vima, 45 m², offers a king-size bed and a queen — perfect for those seeking space and serenity.

Both open onto private courtyards where silence is part of the design.

You can also enjoy a private dinner beneath the stars, a massage with natural oils at sunset, or a morning breathing session with mountain views.
