Known as Cerca House, it belonged once to the Machados family, owner of the majority of Chãos. The Cerca House remained with this family for eight generations. Today we offer an iconic design hotel. Cerca Design House is the result of the dream of creating an elegant contemporary retreat where one can relax in the comfort of the valley between Serra da Estrela and Serra da Gardunha.

Located in the municipality of Fundão, 15km from Serra da Estrela, the house is the result of the remodeling of a XVII century manor-house combined with a contemporary and unique design.
