Hacienda El Santiscal

A typical Manor house situated in an Andalusian “Cortijo” the origins of which go back to the 15th century Catholic Kings. The interior provides evidence of the regions Moorish past: Arabesque doors, marquetry tables and adornments in both copper and forged iron. The imposing entrance hall is dominated by an oak wood stairs that leads onto a covered terrace and a garden. 

The hotel also boasts a fine restaurant offering traditional home cooking; indeed, many of the ingredients are made up of fresh local produce. There are numerous activities to keep the traveller satisfied, such as visiting Jerez de la Frontera and its famous wine cellars or playing golf in the nearby Arcos Gardens (5 km away - special discounts for our guests) or Montecastilho, utilised by the PGA on the European tour.

Hacienda El Santiscal has recently achieved the quality mark "Parque Natural de Andalucía" and the European ECEAT for its ecological and environmental commitment.
